Karuna Home comprises nine buildings on a fully landscaped 4-acre site, set amidst vast tranquil agricultural landscape. The modern contemporary architecture features high ceilings and large open spaces to permit maximum cross ventilation for a healthy and comfortable environment.

The nine buildings, constructed all from local materials, house a dispensary, consultation rooms, massage rooms, a large physiotherapy room, a sick bay, administrative offices, classrooms, canteen, kitchen, dormitories and living quarters for staff and helpers. The buildings, which have been designed to be wheel chair accessible, are linked by a covered walkway.
